Roswell Debris Confirmed

Newly discovered documents reveal that in the months immediately following the purported 1947 UFO crash at Roswell, secret government studies began on a material that was previously unknown to science. The "memory metal" that was studied precisely matches some of the debris material reported by several witnesses to the crash. Evidence shows that -under military direction- these unique metal studies were undertaken by a contracted laboratory that possessed advanced technical capabilities that the U.S. government itself did not have at the time. A former high-level scientist employed by the involved laboratory has offered a confession that he was tasked to study the crashed UFO material. Information provided by two U.S. Air Force Generals also offers direct support for this discovery.

The documents suggest that after the crash, the US government attempted to develop a unique material that is today referred to as memory metal. This shape-recovery alloy was reported by several witnesses to the Roswell crash in the summer of 1947. The lightweight "morphing" material was able to be crumpled or deformed and then return itself instantly and seamlessly to its original state. The metallurgical discoveries that resulted from these studies were then "seeded" for further technology development to other government agencies (including NASA) and through a series of military contracts to universities and industry.

WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE
&
THE BATTELLE MEMORIAL INSTITUTE

The laboratory contracted by Wright Patterson Air Force Base to perform these studies was Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus, OH. It has been credibly reported that Wright Patterson Air Force Base was the very base where the Roswell UFO debris was flown after the crash.

Recently obtained documents reveal that these studies for Wright Patterson were conducted at Battelle under the direction of Dr. Howard C. Cross. In the late 1940's, H.C Cross was Battelle's expert scientist in exotic metallurgy and Titanium alloy research.

Curiously –although he was a research metallurgist- Cross was also Battelle’s "point person" in later studies on UFOs that Battelle conducted in the early 1950's for the U.S. Air Force's official UFO study, Project Bluebook. Cross is likely an author of Project Bluebook's still-missing Report Number 13. He is also the author of a strange letter from Battelle to Wright Patterson known as "The Pentacle" memo. Dr. Cross' historic role will be detailed in a forthcoming article.

Founded in 1929, Battelle is engaged in research, development and commercialization of technological innovation. They specialize in materials science and engineering, life sciences, energy science and national security. Battelle contract operates many of our country's National Laboratories. This includes some of the U.S.'s most sensitive installations such as Oak Ridge, Lawrence Livermore and Brookhaven laboratories. Battelle is headquartered in proximity to Wright Patterson- and remains one of the nation's leading defense contractors. Their metallurgical capabilities and technical talent continue to be recognized as world-class.

Battelle Entrance
Witness To RoswellThe full story of the Roswell-Battelle connection is related in the newly published sequel book "Witness to Roswell" (Revised and Expanded Edition, 2009) by Tom Carey and Don Schmitt in chapter contributions made by this author. Scientific citations, references and report images are also included in this updated edition.

THE DEBRIS AND MEMORY METAL

The direct connection between the Roswell debris and the Battelle studies is revealed in a material known as Nitinol.

NitinolNitinol is a specially processed combination of Nickel and Titanium, or NiTi. It displays many of the very same properties and physical characteristics as some of the crash debris materials that was reported at Roswell. Both are memory metals that "remember" their original shape and both are extremely lightweight. The materials are reported to have similar color, possess a high fatigue strength and are able to withstand extreme high heat.

Today Nitinol is incorporated in items as far-ranging as medical implants and bendable eyeglass frames. It is produced in many forms including sheet, wire and coil. Newer "intelligent metal" systems are being studied by NASA in the creation of bendable or flappable wings, as self-actuators and as a "self-healing" outer hull "skin" for spacecraft. It is believed that the memory metal found at Roswell came from the outer structures of a downed extraterrestrial spacecraft.

The earliest known combination of Titanium and Nickel reported in the scientific literature was in 1939 by two Europeans. However, this crude sample was a "by-product" of research entirely unrelated to the study of Nitinol. Its "memory metal" potential was not sought or noted. The scientists would have been unable to purify Titanium to sufficient levels at that time-and they would not have known about the energy requirement needed to create the "morphing" effect.

The next time that we see the unique combination of Titanium and Nickel emerge in science is by military scientists associated with Naval Intelligence at the US. Naval Ordnance Lab. It was there that Nitinol was "officially" created in the early 1960s. But Nitinol's "official" history –including the date and reasons for discovery- is conflicting. More on this murky history will be detailed in a future article. Recently gained information suggests that it was in fact Battelle's metallurgist and UFO researcher Dr. Howard Cross who "fed" the US Navy information (including the “phase diagram” and details on Titanium processing) that is required to create Nitinol.

Research by this author has confirmed that Nitinol studies actually began at Battelle immediately after the Roswell crash -and not in the early 1960s. And it was Wright Patterson (the base where the crash material was flown) that contracted this secret work.

This confirmation is given in a brief footnote found in a study by one of Nitinol's "official" inventors at the U.S. Naval Lab. In that military report on Nitinol, the author footnotes a 1949 Battelle study which clearly pertains to the refinement of Titanium and Nickel. The citation relates to a "phase diagram" that examines states of matter and how the two metals could be successfully alloyed. If processed in the right way, the result is Nitinol memory metal. It is possible that the “official” co-inventors of Nitinol were unaware that the memory metal’s impetus was to be found in the study of the Roswell debris- or perhaps not.

Only three other references to this Titanium and Nickel memory metal report by Battelle have ever been found. In each case, they appear only as buried footnotes- and only in metals studies which were themselves conducted under U.S. military auspice. In one case this included having a "Project Monitor" present from Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
A historical analysis of the scientific literature shows that no other alloys had ever been studied by the U.S. military as a potential "memory metal" prior to this late 1940's time frame -and Battelle's Wright Patterson study contract.

Wright Patterson needed Battelle to accomplish this work. Much of the reason for this is because Battelle had something that Wright Patterson did not- an advanced arc furnace that was capable of melting and refining Titanium to the purity required to make memory metal.

The history of Titanium (which is required to make Nitinol) is itself also very revealing. We learn through review of the literature that, according to Encyclopedia Britannica: "After 1947, Titanium changed from a laboratory curiosity to an important structural metal." According to the Industrial Arts Index, the number of science abstracts published on Titanium spiked dramatically from 1946 (and prior years) as compared to abstracts on Titanium written after 1947. In Rand Corporation's 1962 abstract "The Titanium Decade" we learn that: "A far larger Titanium industry arose from the point of view of production capacity than was needed to produce the material that was actually used in aircraft. The time period of 1948-1958 involved virtually all of the costs." An astonishing $2.5 billion (in today's dollars) was spent on Titanium research by the US government in the years immediately following 1947.

THE SCIENTISTS AND THE REPORTS ARE IDENTIFIED

Batelle ReportsThe Battelle memory metal report is titled "Second Progress Report on Contract AF33 (038)-3736" and was completed for Wright Patterson Air Force Base in 1949. It is authored by C.M. Craighead, F. Fawn and L.W. Eastwood. It appears to be part of a series of such contracts conducted through the early 1950s. Interestingly, the scientists who authored the report were very closely associated with Battelle's chief Titanium metallurgist (and later, Battelle's UFO researcher for Project Bluebook) Dr. Howard Cross, previously mentioned. The scientists went on to author reports on exotic metallurgy that related to such areas as "metal and superplasticity," "metal transformation," and "metal microstructures."

Based on the sections of the studies that were found that reference this Battelle report- we know that this “progress report” offers the first “phase diagram” ever produced to attempt to successfully alloy Titanium and Nickel. This would be required to make memory metal. We can also infer that it examined refinement of Titanium to high purity levels. High purity Titanium is required to create the shape-recovery effect.

No references have ever been located to something that must surely exist- Battelle's "First Progress Report" on the memory metal. While the Second Progress Report (completed in 1949) refers to techniques to process the alloy, the First Progress Report (authored in 1947 or 1948) probably relates to the actual analysis of "Roswellian" memory metal.

Although Nitinol is not identical to the Roswell debris material, it represents our best attempts at re-creation of the found memory metal. The impetus for this "shape-recovery" metallurgical research has to be the crash debris discovered at Roswell in the summer of 1947.

THE REPORTS ARE MISSING

A year long effort was made by this author to locate Battelle's First and Second Progress Reports on memory metal. Though footnotes have been located to the reports in military sponsored studies on memory metal, access to the actual reports remains impossible.

Battelle's own Historian/Librarian was unable to locate the documents. In a later follow-up call to Battelle, Sarasota Herald Tribune reporter Billy Cox was told that Battelle is still unable to find the report and that it remains a "mystery." Likewise, Wright Patterson Air Force Base's own Archivist and Manager of its Special Collections was unable to locate the documents. Both librarians from each organization worked together to find them. They are baffled and suggest that it may mean that the reports were destroyed (though there is no record of this) or that they may remain highly classified.

The U.S. DOD's Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) is the master repository of our nation's military-sponsored technical reports and studies. Their database also fails to locate the Battelle reports. Finally, with the guidance of reporter Billy Cox, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Secretary of the Air Force/WPAFB was filed by this author. Information has yet to be provided that is responsive to this request.

It is hoped that the Second Progress Report will one day be located. This is because if it does contain "phase diagrams" for the alloying of Nickel and Titanium- it will confirm the work on memory metal. It would strongly suggest that shape-recovery alloys were precisely what Battelle was attempting to create for the military in the time period directly after the Roswell crash. The likelihood that the First Progress Report by Battelle on memory metal will ever be found is even more remote.

CONFIRMATION BY TWO U.S. AIR FORCE GENERALS

General Arthur ExonIn an interview conducted in the 1990's, former Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Brigadier General Arthur Exon confirmed the existence of the Roswell metal reports. Exon, the Base Commander of Wright Patterson in the 1960s, related that he was privy to some of the details on the composition of the crash debris and the variety of tests that were performed on it. Astonishingly, Exon stated of the debris: "It was Titanium and some other metal they knew about, and the processing was somehow different." Of course, special "processing" of Titanium and the “other metal” that “they knew about” (Nickel) is required to create Nitinol.

Exon added tellingly, "And it wouldn't surprise me if the material wasn't still around, certainly the reports are." Exon was likely referring to the Battelle Progress Reports on memory metal done for Wright Patterson in the late 1940's.

Air Force General George Schulgen (who led Intelligence at the Pentagon at the time of the Roswell incident) authored a previously-marked “secret” draft memo on the flying saucer issue on October 30, 1947- about four months after the crash.

General Shulgen’s 1947 Memo
In the verified version of this memo is found a section entitled "Items of Construction." Schulgen instructs his officers to be aware of flying objects and their materials of construction. He specifically notes the "unusual fabrication methods to achieve extreme lightweight" and that the material is of a "composite construction...using various combinations of metals."

Schulgen is describing precisely some of the very characteristics of Nitinol. Just like the Roswell debris material, it is an "extreme lightweight" intermetallic alloy. As a novel "composite construction," it is created by an "unusual fabrication" method that "uses a combination of metals"- perhaps like Titanium and Nickel.

BATTELLE SCIENTIST CONFESSES TO UFO CRASH DEBRIS ANALYSIS

Battelle scientist Elroy John Center has stated that he analyzed metal from a crashed UFO when he was employed by the Institute. Center was a Senior Research Chemist who worked for Battelle for nearly two decades, from 1939 to 1957. This has been confirmed by both his University of Michigan alumni files and by the location of scientific papers that he authored during his employment while at Battelle.

A graduate Chemical Engineer, Center authored papers that appeared in highly technical journals. His areas of research included the chemical testing of metals; the microdetermination of metals in alloys; and the spectroscopic analysis of unique materials. Center was likely involved in early analysis of the Roswell debris. A groundbreaking metals analysis technique that Center developed has been found cited in studies related to the “polygraphic determination of Titanium” in alloys. Specially-selected Titanium is required to create the Roswell-like "memory metal" Nitinol.

Center's family members confirm that he had an intense interest in UFOs and the extraterrestrial. In May of 1992, noted historical researcher Dr. Irena Scott of Columbus, OH (herself a former Battelle scientist) interviewed a close professional associate of Elroy Center. Elroy had privately related to him in June of 1960 that while he was employed at Battelle he had been involved in a very strange laboratory project. Center said that earlier he had been tasked by his superiors to assist on a highly-classified Battelle study that was contracted by the government. He said that the project involved work on a very unusual material. Center understood that this debris material was retrieved by the US government from the earlier crash of a UFO. Center referred to the item he studied as a "piece." He explained that this "piece" was not something with which anyone was familiar. He also said that the debris had been inscribed with strange symbols that he called "glyphics." Similar markings have of course been reported by some of the witnesses to the Roswell crash debris. Center stopped short of providing any further details. The Battelle scientist passed away in 1991. source

Nina Kulagina

(1926-1990)

Russian psychic who demonstrated the ability to move objects at a distance, one form of psychokinesis (PK). Kulagina, a St. Petersburg housewife, has been tested under laboratory conditions by noted researchers, including physiologist L. L. Vasiliev and neurophysiologist Genady A. Sergeiev of the Uktomskii Physiological Institute, Leningrad; Czech psychical researcher Zdenek Rejdak; psychologist B. Blazek; and Dr. J. S. Zvierev.

Tested by Vasiliev in the 1960s, Kulagina caused a compass needle to spin by holding her hand a few inches above it and also moved matchboxes at a distance. She was filmed demonstrating her ability to move small objects such as a pen or cigarettes without contact. In 1968 this film was presented by Sergeiev before an international meeting of parapsychologists in Moscow. American parapsychologists who tested her, including Montague Ullman and J. G. Pratt, considered her a most successful subject with respect to producing PK regularly on demand.

Kulagina died in 1990.

More Mobile Phone Frying

The only thing that the ancient Gauls feared was that sky might fall on their heads, at least according to the Astérix comics. Their descendants have lately added a lot of other items to the list of terrors. The sky remains the source of one of them -- radiation from mobile phone masts.

You can understand the background, what with pesticides, asbestos and other modern menaces. But sometimes it seems that irrational fears are getting the better of common sense. France is one of four European states that remains shut to GMO crops despite the finding of the state food safety agency that they are harmless to humans. Fighting GMOs is a popular cause and José Bové, the anti-capitalist farmer is a hero for tearing up fields where they have been tested. He's now running for the European Parliament.

The latest case involves mobile phones. The government has just decided to limit the radiation risk to children. Cell phones are to be banned from primary schools and operators are being told to offer handsets that allow only text messages. Companies will also be required to supply telephones that only work with head-sets in order to limit the danger to the brain from electromagnetic waves, Rosalyne Bachelot, the Health Minister said.

This is no doubt reasonable, given the chances of long-term damage for kids who grow up with mobiles glued to their heads. Campaign groups wanted more severe measures, including a ban on mobile use by children under 14.

Less plausible is the other side of the mobile scare -- telephone masts and wi-fi networks. The Government agreed after a month-long consultation with campaigners and operators to consider the dangers of radiation from phone towers and it is likely that they will eventually bow to demands to restrict their power and locations.

The state and telephone operators are under assault by hundreds of local and national groups which are demanding the removal of phone masts near schools, hospitals and homes. Radiation is commonly blamed for insomnia, headaches, fatigue, cancer, dry cows and so on. Libraries and other public spaces in some cities have switched off wi-fi internet cover after reports that the radio waves are harmful.

Similar campaigns are under way in other countries. What is unusual is that French courts have sided with the opponents despite the absence of any evidence that electromagnetic radiation from the relay transmitters harm anyone.

The operators are alarmed by a decision from the appeal court in Versailles in February. This ordered Bouygues, one of the main operators, to dismantle a mast at Tassin-la-Demi-Lune, near Lyons, because families there feared for their health. The judges agreed that there was no evidence of a threat, but they said there was no guarantee that a risk did not exist. The "feeling of anxiety" of the inhabitants was therefore justified.

The revolt against the phone towers continues to build, with sympathetic cover in the media. Campaign groups style themselves as resistants against the ruling power. The main one is cleverly called Robin-des-Toits, or Robin of the Roofs, which is a pun on Robin des Bois, or Robin Hood. If you look at the site you'll see a lot of what they claim to be evidence of the evils of phone waves, BlueTooth and so on.

The judges' reasoning is known as the "principle of precaution", a doctrine that was used by the Socialist government in the 1990s when it refused to import British beef after it had been declared safe by the European Union. The principle, which is also behind the rejection of GMOs, emerged after Government was shown to have knowingly distributed HIV-contaminated blood in the 1980s.

That scandal gave birth to the idea of maximum caution whenever human health is at stake, but it obviously has limits. If the precaution principle was logically applied, cars would be banned, along with cigarettes, alcohol, red meat, tanning beds and so on. And what about all those nuclear power stations that provide 80 percent of France's electricity ? Other countries halted their nuclear industry and atomic power stirs fear in the United States, but very few people worry about France's 59 reactors and the waste they produce.

Jean de Kervasdoué, a former national director of French hospitals, pointed out the other day that zero risk is nonsense and obstructs progress. "It's dangerous... like the mediaeval inquisitors who demanded that heretics prove their innocence," he said in le Journal du Dimanche. "You cannot always prove your innocence." source

Free Energy Refrigerator

It's the kind of simple yet brilliant invention that would have the tycoons of Dragons' Den salivating with excitement.

Not only is the fridge solar powered, it can also be built from household materials - making it ideal for the Third World.

Emily Cummins, 21, came up with the idea while working on a school project in her grandfather's potting shed. The fridge is now improving the lives of thousands of poverty-stricken Africans.

And Miss Cummins hopes to patent a more sophisticated portable model for use in transporting medical supplies around hot countries.

From the age of four, when she was given a hammer as a gift, Miss Cummins has spent much of her spare time making things out of ordinary materials.

She has won awards for a toothpaste squeezer for arthritis sufferers and for a water-carrying device, again for Third World use.

Her 'sustainable' fridge works through evaporation and can be used to keep perishable goods such as milk and meat cool for days.

Without using any power, temperatures stay at around 6c.

The fridge comprises two cylinders - one inside the other. The inner cylinder is made from metal but the outer cylinder can be made from anything to hand, including wood and plastic.

Miss Cummins, from Keighley, West Yorkshire, said: 'A fridge is something that people can't seem to live without.

'I wanted to keep it really simple and so I set about researching how we cooled things years ago. The simplest method of cooling something could be seen when you look at how we cool biologically - through sweating or evaporation.

'That idea led me to the design and the fridge was born.'

After her A-levels she spent five months of her gap year in Africa, perfecting and demonstrating her product. In Namibia she became known as 'The Fridge Lady'. Miss Cummins returned to the UK to start a business management course at Leeds University.

She had been refused a place on an engineering course because, to her dismay, she didn't have the correct qualifications.

Last year she met the Queen at Buckingham Palace after being invited to a prestigious women in business event. SOURCE

UFO Behind A Comet? Caught on Security Cam

Muswell Hill Sam Lathem UFO Sighting

MUSWELL Hill's growing reputation as "Roswell Hill" for its mysterious night-sky activity has taken another alien turn with the latest UFO sighting.

Actor Sam Lathem was so spooked by the appearance of a large cube-shaped "ship" with orange lights erratically making its way across the sky he sketched an image of the floating object.

SAM LATHEM:
SAM LATHEM: 'It was about the distance of a football pitch away and the size of a small truck'
The 44-year-old, of Ellington Road, said: "What was really peculiar was it was a cube and had orange lights coming from underneath and it was such a close-up view.

"It was about the distance of a football pitch away and the size of a small truck. It slowed a bit and then suddenly went off again.

"It was really strange because there was no noise and you would have thought at that distance it would have woken up everybody on the street. It doesn't make any sense."

He claimed to have spotted the UFO outside his window for about 30 seconds before it shot off towards Alexandra Palace at about 10.30pm last Wednesday.

He said it was his first close encounter of something he really could not explain.

"Whatever the military are up to or whatever the aliens are doing it was just weird," he said. "I think we're all being a bit silly to live in denial about it.

"The weight of evidence is really building up - and especially now I've had this encounter which I felt was so personal."

Other shock sightings reported in Muswell Hill in the past include a bright orange ball the size of a helicopter, and a silver two-pronged ship which whizzed across the sky.

Astronauts Find Strange Ice Circle From Space

Astronauts aboard the International Space Station noticed two mysterious dark circles in the ice of Lake Baikal in April. Though the cause is more likely aqueous than alien, some aspects of the odd blemishes defy explanation.

The two circles are the focal points for ice break-up and may be caused by upwelling of warmer water in the lake. The dark color of the circles is due to thinning of the ice, which usually hangs around into June. Upwelling wouldn’t be strange in some relatively shallow areas of the lake where hydrothermal activity has been detected, such as where the circle near the center of the lake (pictured below) is located. Circles have been seen in that area before in 1985 and 1994, though they weren’t nearly as pronounced. But the location of the circle near the southern tip of the lake (pictured above) where water is relatively deep and cold is puzzling.

The lake itself is an oddity. It is the largest by volume and the deepest (5370 feet at its deepest point), as well as one of the oldest at around 25 million years. The photo above was taken by an astronaut from the ISS. The photo below was taken by NASA’s MODIS satellite instrument.

Saudi Killer Chip

It could be the ultimate in political control — but it won't be patented in Germany.

German media outlets reported last week that a Saudi inventor's application to patent a "killer chip," as the Swiss tabloids put it, had been denied.

The basic model would consist of a tiny GPS transceiver placed in a capsule and inserted under a person's skin, so that authorities could track him easily.

Model B would have an extra function — a dose of cyanide to remotely kill the wearer without muss or fuss if authorities deemed he'd become a public threat.

The inventor said the chip could be used to track terrorists, criminals, fugitives, illegal immigrants, political dissidents, domestic servants and foreigners overstaying their visas.

"The invention will probably be found to violate paragraph two of the German Patent Law — which does not allow inventions that transgress public order or good morals," German Patent and Trademark Office spokeswoman Stephanie Krüger told the English-language German-news Web site The Local.

Bosnian Pyramid Site

For those of you who have not come across this amazing discovery here are the links to the Bosnian Pyramids. 3 times larger than the Giza pyramid of Egypt with alignment to the Pleiadian star system. These pyramids are so old they're estimated to date back prior to the previous Ice age and have been camouflaged as large hills with growth and sediment. These web pages will show you why the prehistory, archaeology, and anthropology of Bosnia and Herzegovina are so exciting. Teams of outstanding experts (archaeologists, geologists, geophysicists, speleologists, and historians), authors and researchers, lovers of the past, enthusiasts and professionals – all who want to be agents of change – have gathered together with the same goal: to protect the cultural treasures of the ancient past.Of course, the first task is to investigate and protect the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids as the most significant archaeological monument in Europe. We are starting with investigative work on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, which is the hill Visocica. Numerous layers of evidence indicate that the mound Visocica represents an ancient colossal structure with undeniable pyramid shape that meets the following globally-accepted scientific requirements:
  • visible symmetric geometry;
  • precise orientation to all four cardinal directions;
  • geo-sedimentary composition of evidence from the ground;
  • analysis of satellite images;
  • analysis of satellite thermal images which indicates the characteristics of artificial construction;
  • local reports about the presence of the following: massive, shaped stone blocks composed of crumbly mortar, covered "passageways" and "holes" in the vicinity of residential foundations erected near the base of the hill;
  • complexes of underground tunnels, e. g. Ravne-Visocica-PljeÅ¡evica-Krstac;
  • peculiar fluvial/erosive geomorphology;
  • characteristic “resonance” of Visocica under shelling during the last war; and
  • symmetrical terraces on a high-resolution geodesic elevation map.

We invite you to join us in the pioneering phase of this monumental undertaking and to be creators, not spectators, of history in the making.

Best UFO Book Review By Dennis Whitney

I’ve decided to put forth, and offer my take on some of the titles that have influenced and guided my own research over the years. There are some titles you feel may belong, that I have neglected to mention, and they probably deserve some worthy space here as well. But this is about the books that actually changed my way of thinking, expanded my belief and consciousness, and basically proved to be pivotal in where my worldview now stands. There are others, but these brought me to where I am today. And I’m appreciative of the knowledge these authors have conveyed.

I am also including the recent worldwide press release of Paola Harris’ latest book, ‘All of the Above’, for which I was privileged to be a small part of. Paola is not like other researchers, in the traditional sense. Rather than a ‘boots on the ground’ scientific sort, Paola specializes in the interviews of the greatest names in the field. No one seems better at capturing the wisdom and relaxed openness of researchers, experiencers, whistle blowers, and military officials, in her beautifully documented, word-for-word style. She prints what they say, with no alteration, letting us all into the lives of those we want to hear the words directly from. These interviews round out, and cut to the chase of the many volumes of print out there. Her works are a necessary part of any serious researcher or enthusiast’s book collection.

So following the ‘All of the Above’ Press Release (below) during the recent X-Conference in Washington D.C., is a list of just a few personal favorite books of mine. You will note several Roswell themed titles, but they were chosen for completely different slants on the subject. The list below is in no particular order, and cover the spectrum of most things ET, starting with one of the darker hypotheses by Dr. David Jacobs, and running the gamut from abductions, to ET technology and back-engineering, to the possible existence of these entities roaming and colluding with our officials, within the very halls of our own governments! They should prove to be a great foundation to your own study of the most important subject in the world! And I found it necessary to include the topic of how it all fits within the multi-dimensional paradigm that seems to now be unfolding, and all truly engrossing in their own right, for one reason or another! They have each helped to shape my worldview of the subject. If you feel the same after these mini-reviews, I hope you’ll also invest a few well-spent dollars to pick them up from Amazon, or directly from the authors themselves, then, to share what you learn, to help in the continuance and advancement of the ever-expanding consciousness we need now more than ever. I’ve added direct links below each review to take you to their pages. Enjoy.

Michio Kaku Paranormal Lecture & UFO's

Being a fan of science, and especially of the astonishing possibilities that science promises, theoretical physics is right up my alley. The superstar of many documentaries related to future technologies and cosmology is physicist Michio Kaku.

Kaku is a graduate of Harvard and received his PhD at Berkley. He teaches at City University of New York. His biggest claim to fame is string theory. I would try to describe it, but admittedly it is way over my head. It has something to do with multiple dimensions. Believing to have found such an abstract truth about reality, it's no wonder he should open his mind up to other possibilities.

I was already a big fan of his work when he was featured along with the Mutual UFO Network on a recent ABC Primetime special called “Seeing is Believing”. In my position as MUFON's Director of Public Education, I also handle media relations, helping the media with their stories. I worked with ABC on this special, they filmed at our Symposium last summer. The crew seemed great. However, I was still hesitant. Primetime had made a special a few years earlier that we had helped them with. It was a terrible example of journalism and left out a lot of facts, and although MUFON spent a lot of time helping them, they did not even acknowledge us.

I was happy to see that this special turned out better. They didn't use a lot of what we gave them and for some reason used a lot of old footage from the earlier special. I was happy that they used footage from a press conference that I had put together. However, my favorite part of the special was the end. After covering an amazing sighting of a UFO by pilots, Michio Kaku made the closing comments. He said, sure 90% of the UFO sightings are probably misidentified and prosaic. However, the other 10%, he continued, beckons further exploration and serious attention for scientists, so let the scientific investigation begin.

Kaku's ending statement was great. So I was also excited to hear that he was coming to Denver for a book signing. The title of his new book is “Physics of the Unknown”. The title sounded intriguing. I had decided to wait until the signing to purchase the book. Little did I know that this event would turn out to be one of the best paranormal lectures I have attended.

I attend a lot of paranormal lectures, and most of my favorites are from PhD's. I just wasn't expecting it this time. I knew I would hear fascinating things about quantum physics and black holes, and I was hoping he would touch on the possibility of traveling faster than light. But it was much better than expected. He did cover faster than light travel, and he also included extraterrestrial civilizations, the probability that they exist and the possibility of their presence here right now. He reiterated the importance of conventional scientific institutions to take it serious.

He didn't stop there, he also covered telepathy and psychokinesis. He even gave examples of their integration into modern technology. You'll have to read his book to find out more.

I was shocked and ecstatic about his talk. I don't really get excited about celebrities, but I was certainly a little star struck when I got to the table. I mentioned my association with MUFON and our goal of scientific investigation and I mentioned a symposium we want to have with physicists. I told him that the big issue we want to tackle is an assertion by the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. They are the guys with all of the big satellite dish antennas and where featured on the movie “Contact”. SETI scientists say that the distances are so vast between solar systems that there is no way another civilization could have traveled so far.

Michio Kaku's response when I told him our goal to counter their argument was great. He told me that he is no friend to SETI, and that they are a bunch of astronomers so what do they know about physics. Exactly! SOURCE
